Victoria Smith
Victoria Smith has been on board with EzFlow Nail Systems for 3 years and has completed the EzFlow education journey from Introduction level to becoming a Master Artist Educator.
Based at her salon in Norwich, Victoria is the official EzFlow Nail Systems Distributor for areas including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Milton Keynes. Victoria supports and educates technicians within these areas with the support from EzFlow Educator Corey Stockwell who is based in Northampton.
Victoria has created an EzFlow Training Academy located within her salon and as a Master Artist Educator herself, she can educate nail technicians using the EzFlow programme from Introductory to Master Artist Educator Level. In each course, she passes on her extensive product information, business advice and experience to her students with great enthusiasm and to a high standard, to create talented technicians of the future.
It is Victoria’s main aim for 2008 to continue to support and build the knowledge and skill of technicians, alongside continuing to provide the highest level of customer service. EzFlow Norwich is also looking to build their portfolio of Educators throughout their territory. Roadshows are to also play a major role throughout 2008 making the provision and opportunity for technicians to train and network within their industry more accessible.
In terms of personal achievement, Victoria intends to continue her own journey through entering the Competition Arena and building on her own Professional Portfolio.
