Graftons win ‘Best Customer Care’ Award

Grafton International is the proud winner of the prestigious ‘Best Customer Care — Nails’ accolade voted by you the customer within our industry at this years Professional Beauty Awards held in London in February.

The Professional Beauty Awards are the most prestigious awards in the UK that recognise the achievements of the industry suppliers. Voting took place over three months by professionals in the spa, beauty and nail industries. Now in their tenth year, the Professional Beauty Awards recognise the professionalism, perfectionism and customer care that is involved in running any health & beauty business.

The award was accepted on the night on behalf of Graftons by Managing Director Jon Hardwick along with Lorraine Jackson (Divisional Sales Manager), Laura Kelly (Salon Sales Manager) and Rachael Wright (Area Manager North East).

This award recognises the hard work, dedication and care that the whole of the Grafton team work towards to ensure we provide the best service we can. The fact that our customers have voted for us to win the award means so much to us as you have identified the commitment we have towards each and every one of you.
